T = Ten percent 

Hebrews 7:4 now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch
Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils.

I = Investment in our greatest resource. God's house. We are His house. Feeding His sheep is vital to the future of the church, local communities, states and nations

John21:16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep

T= Time. As we all know time is money and how we use our time is an act of worship. 

Col 3:23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;

H = Hilarity. Give with joy and gladness

11 Cor 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

E = Excellence. We are stewards of our resources. We came in with nothing we leave with nothing except our faith, hope and love. Excellence has to do with our use of money and resources. We must with excellence order our finances. Faithful with little faithful with much. 

Luke 16:11 If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?
